About
Kyoto, Japan
"The Pure Land Paradise" captures The Golden Temple (also known as Kinkaku-ji or Rokuon-ji) in all its splendor. The Golden Temple is located in Kyoto, Japan and was built back in 1397. These days it serves as a Zen temple. The temple is renowned for its stunning reflective exterior and picturesque surroundings. Kinkaku-ji symbolizes the Pure Land Paradise of the Buddha. This ethereal realm is characterized by perfect conditions for attaining enlightenment. I took this photo in July 2018. It was a sorching, humid summer day in Kyoto, but the temple glowed magnificantly beneath the afternoon sun. There is something other-worldy about this gaudy, glowing structure, proudly towering above its serene surroundings. "The Pure Land Paradise" captures this vision and transports you to another dimension.Specifications
Gallery-grade fine art print produced by WhiteWall, an eight-time TIPA World Award winner for “Best Photo Lab.” Available as face-mounted acrylic glass or ChromaLuxe HD metal -museum-quality mediums chosen for their extraordinary depth, luminosity, and archival longevity. Each photograph is meticulously edited by hand for the selected print medium. Includes aluminum rail mounting system. Ready to hang.
Made to Order
This is not a mass-produced poster. Every print is individually crafted to order by WhiteWall — produced one at a time with the same precision and care given to works displayed in galleries and private collections worldwide. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for production and delivery.
Every print is produced using museum-grade methods — the same techniques used by galleries selling fine art photography for $5,000 and above. These are not inkjet reproductions. Each piece is crafted using archival processes that deliver unmatched depth, luminosity, and permanence. We offer two premium options, each chosen to bring out the best in every photograph.
Fine Art Under Acrylic Glass
Your photograph is printed on Fuji Crystal Archive DPII paper, then face-mounted to 0.16” optical-grade acrylic glass using an archival adhesive process. The result is extraordinary — colors appear to glow from within, with a depth and luminosity impossible to achieve with traditional framing. Finished with an aluminum Dibond backing for structural rigidity. UV-resistant. Ready to hang.
ChromaLuxe HD Metal Print
Your image is permanently infused into a specially coated aluminum surface through ChromaLuxe HD dye sublimation — not printed on top, but bonded at a molecular level. The result is extraordinary color vibrancy, razor-sharp detail, and a striking contemporary presence. Scratch-resistant, waterproof, and rated for 65+ years of archival permanence. Ready to hang.
Domestic
For orders within the continental United States, delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks from time of purchase.
International
Orders shipped outside the continental United States, including Hawaii and international destinations, may require additional time for delivery.
